As a result of the decommissioning process of food and other products from production to consumer, the transportation time between production and consumption can be extended, and these products must be stored by cooling or freezing. Refrigerating chambers are able to provide the best storage conditions, since food and other products will be stored in them much colder than normal room temperature. For this reason, cold storage will be the most appropriate choice for storing products that can be offered to the consumer. The use of refrigeration units today has become a necessity both from an individual and from a commercial point of view.
